Insurance Information:
Holistic Chiropractic Services
Dr. Green participates in many Insurance plans, including Worker's Comp and No-Fault Insurance. Medicare also covers Chiropractic. Because plans vary widely as to individual coverage, call our office to find out whether we participate, deductibles for your plan and whether your plan requires a referral. For Medicare, we will fill out your forms for you and you will be reimbursed by Medicare directly.
Therapeutic Nutrition and Lifestyle Counseling
Most insurance companies will not cover these services. Dr. Green has kept his rates very reasonable in order to make it possible for patients to improve their quality of life without undue financial stress. Ask Dr. Green for details.
